M101 seat goes into production

Quantum Seating is pleased to announce that the Quantum M101 range of train seats is now in production.  The seat has been selected by Wabtec Rail Ltd and Eversholt Rail Ltd for fitment to the 321 fleet.  The first of these trains has now been completed and is undergoing approval trials prior to entering service.

Quantum Seating now have in place tooling capable of producing over 10,000 units per annum.  The manufacturing process has been designed to be completely modular, allowing production volumes to be increased easily.

The majority of outsourced components are manufactured within the UK and all production takes place at our site in Coventry.
